Senior Technology Solutions Recruiter

DescriptionKforce's client in New York, NY that is seeking a Senior Technology Recruiter that sources, screens, interviews, makes offers and work directly with Hiring Leaders to provide a top-quality experience for both the leader and the candidates.Requirements* 5+ years of experience in the recruitment preferrable corporate recruiting specifically related to consulting and professional services hiring for the Technology, primarily AI related roles. * Big 4 or Consulting Firm Recruiting experience required* Agency recruiting experience preferred* Familiar MS Office required and Workday is an asset but not required* Other candidate ATS and/or CRMs experience can include Taleo, Beeline Workday, Bullhorn, Success Factors)* Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinator and onboarding team* Experience recruiting in the financial services, payments, banking, fintech, or similar is preferred* Ability to be successful working in a remote setting* Direct sourcing experience* Cold calling experience* Ability to recruit for AI engineering roles* Strategy and recruiting experience is a plus* Agile, with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment* Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal)* Data-driven, strategic, and solution-oriented mindsetJob TypeContractCompensation38 - $56
