We are currently seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Operations Manager to lead our operations across multiple departments, including Bench, Facilities, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will oversee the day‑to‑day operations, manage a team of 40–50 people, implement lean manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring projects progress as planned and deadlines are met. Lead and manage the Operations group of around 40–50 people. Work closely with other departments to ensure all projects are aligned with company goals and objectives. Implement and oversee lean manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee the assembly of structural and chemical components, ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. Manage chemical handling and ensure adherence to all safety regulations. Utilize DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodologies to improve processes and increase efficiency. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary. Ensure all operations are compliant with industry regulations and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus. Minimum of 10 years managerial experience in the manufacturing industry. Extensive knowledge of structural components and/or chemical manufacturing. Experience with lean manufacturing processes and DMAIC methodologies. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and leading teams. Experience with chemical handling and safety regulations. Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
