Research Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and user research industry, is seeking a dedicated Research Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Research Operations Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the User Research department supporting various research initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional participant and stakeholder experiences. Job Title Research Operations Coordinator Location Irvine, CA Pay Range $23 What's the Job? Lead the end-to-end participant recruitment process, including drafting screening surveys, tracking study status, scheduling sessions, and managing incentives. Coordinate with User Research staff to define participant profiles and ensure recruitment aligns with study objectives. Manage internal and external participant databases, ensuring privacy compliance and opt-out tracking. Act as the primary liaison between User Researchers and the Research Operations team throughout the study lifecycle. Support administrative tasks such as data coding, confidentiality processing, and documentation to ensure smooth research operations. What's Needed? At least 2 years of experience in research operations, project coordination, or participant recruitment. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills with high attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. General knowledge of survey methodologies and experience with survey logic. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online survey tools such as Alchemer or Qualtrics; experience with SQL is a plus.
