- IT Operations Specialist.
- Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ | 5 days in office.
- Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM; at least one weekend day included.
- We're looking for a hands-on IT Operations Specialist to support our Technical Operations (TechOps) function within a real-time Fusion Center environment in Scottsdale, AZ.
- The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and documentation skills with practical experience in systems, networking, and operations workflows.
- This role is fully on-site in a secure facility and plays a key part in capturing and improving the technical backbone of live operations.
- Shadowing and documenting live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.
- Mapping technical processes and identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Ops, DevOps, Infrastructure, Engineering) to streamline workflows.
- Drafting clear process documentation and improvement recommendations.
- Communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong technical documentation and analytical capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Windows workstation support.
- Real-time operations or command-center environments.
- TCP/IP networking or systems administration.
- Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Experience in NOC/SOC/Operations Center or equivalent 24x7 support environment.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms.
- Comfortable collaborating with DevOps / Infrastructure teams.
- 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
- On-site role in Scottsdale, AZ (secure facility; background check required).
- Fast-paced, mission-critical operations center supporting real-time systems.
