Director of Business Development

The Director of On-Demand Business Development is responsible for driving growth of the company’s on-demand services by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on revenue generation, market expansion, and aligning client needs with on-demand staffing and service solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for on-demand services Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market presence Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to align service delivery with client expectations Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales cycle Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements Track and report on pipeline activity, revenue performance, and growth metrics Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities Provide input on service offerings, market trends, and competitive positioning Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management Strong understanding of on-demand staffing, healthcare services, or related industries (preferred) Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and close deals Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Comfortable working in a growth-oriented, evolving role Preferred Experience Leadership or director-level experience Experience developing commission-based or incentive-driven sales strategies Background working with healthcare systems, HTM, or technical services (a plus) Organizational Relationship Reports to the Vice President of Operations.
