HR Specialist

Lakeshore Beverage is seeking a talented and self-motivated individual to join our HR Department. This employee will work with administration and managers to complete a wide variety of tasks relating to Human Resources and Payroll, but not limited to the following:Executing the payroll process on a defined scheduleEntering changes, new hires and terminations into the payroll systemReviewing timecards and resolving any discrepanciesMaintaining employee filesProperly routing garnishments and support ordersPayroll post-processing and report generationIn-processing of new employeesAdministration of internal application portalJob postings using a variety of sourcesFollow up with job seekersOccasional attendance at outside events such as career fairsSpecial projects as assignedBachelor’s Degree in accounting, HR, business, or other related field or equivalent work experienceExperience with Paycom HRIS system would be a plusPreferred SkillsExtremely detail oriented and dependable, general computer skills, time management, able to communicate effectively, excellent problem solving skills, and a high level or organization.Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceWork Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Lakeshore-Beverage
