Tonkean Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Tonkean Support Engineer to provide technical support, administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Tonkean-based applications, workflows, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Tonkean Platform, workflow automation, enterprise application integrations, incident management, and production support. Must-Have Skills Hands-on experience with Tonkean Platform administration and support. Strong understanding of workflow automation and process orchestration. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration troubleshooting. Knowledge of SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, or similar enterprise applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and collaboration tools. Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills. Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies. Roles & Responsibilities Provide L1/L2/L3 support for Tonkean applications, workflows, modules, and integrations. Monitor Tonkean solutions and troubleshoot workflow, notification, form, API, and integration issues. Perform incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. Configure and enhance Tonkean modules, intake forms, approval workflows, and dashboards. Support business users during UAT, production deployments, releases, and hypercare. Troubleshoot integrations with SAP, Coupa, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise systems. Manage user access, security roles, permissions, and governance controls. Perform release validation and support production migrations.Maintain workflow documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides. Coordinate with business teams, application teams, and external vendors for issue resolution. Follow ITIL, Agile, change management, and internal support processes. Identify opportunities to improve workflow reliability, automation, and user experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
