Why This Opportunity ?Multi-site EHS leadership role with strategic influenc eCompetitive salary of $100,000 - $110,00 0Opportunity to work closely with executive and plant leadership team sAbility to make a significant impact on employee safety and environmental complianc eStrong focus on continuous improvement, employee engagement, and safety cultur eWhat You'll Be Doin gProvide leadership and oversight of environmental, health, and safety initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities .Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory requirements .Partner with operations and leadership teams to build and strengthen a proactive safety culture .Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans .Conduct facility audits, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations .Develop and deliver safety training programs and employee engagement initiatives .Track and report key EHS metrics to leadership while driving continuous improvement efforts .Support site safety committees and promote best practices across all facilities .Serve as the primary EHS resource for regulatory inspections, permitting, and compliance matters .Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operational teams on hazard reduction and workplace safety initiatives .Qualification sBachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field .8+ years of EHS experience within a manufacturing environment .Previous experience supporting multiple facilities or complex manufacturing operations preferred .Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance requirements .Proven ability to influence leaders and employees at all levels of an organization .Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills .Ideal Backgroun dWe're seeking someone who can balance strategic planning with hands‑on support, enjoys partnering with plant leadership, and has a passion for developing sustainable safety programs that create measurable results across multiple locations #J-18808-Ljbffr
