About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CMO to provide business leadership and operational support for the marketing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the strategic and operational challenges faced by the marketing teams and defining solutions to address these challenges. This role is pivotal in driving the company's mission and will involve AI transformation, investment stewardship, annual strategic planning, and managing various marketing and company priority initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in executive presentations, marketing performance management, and organizational strategy, and will be expected to have a significant impact on the translation of company strategy into marketing plans and initiatives. Applicants for the Chief of Staff to the CMO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' marketing experience, with a preference for those who have worked at the Director level. B2B experience in a dynamic, high-growth software company is essential, as is proficiency in AI and a strong background in analytics and data-driven decision-making. The role requires significant experience in strategic and annual planning, project management, and OKR leadership, with a proven track record of achieving quantifiable results. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior leadership and C-level executives are a must. Experience in organizational structure improvement, process optimization, and a background in an analytic consulting firm are also highly valued. While experience as a Chief of Staff is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement.
