Principal Program Manager

Driving large-scale program management initiatives, the full-time Principal Execution Program Manager will manage cross-functional projects focused on enhancing data center delivery efficiency while collaborating closely with engineering leaders and various teams in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities Manage cross-functional initiatives to enable scale through streamlined business processes and decision-making Leverage technical expertise in mechanical/electrical systems and networking to solve engineering challenges Drive business results by focusing on key performance indicators and ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with large, diverse teams Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
