Role Description: The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Grand Prairie, TX. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that increase school enrollment, strengthen community awareness, and support teacher recruitment. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and creating content for social media, email, and print materials. The role also involves conducting market research to understand community needs, tracking campaign performance, supporting school events and outreach activities, and collaborating with campus and central office staff to ensure consistent, mission-aligned messaging. The Marketing Specialist will help maintain the school’s brand standards and promote a positive, inclusive image of Trinity Basin Preparatory. Qualifications Candidates should possess market research and marketing strategy skills to plan data-informed campaigns and evaluate outreach effectiveness. Candidates should possess sales and marketing skills to support student enrollment, promote district programs, recruit high-quality employees, and build relationships with potential donors. Candidates should have experience developing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, videos, direct mail, media announcements, banners, promotional items, and web-based content. Candidates should be proficient with digital tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and basic website content management. Candidates should possess strong writing and communication skills to create news releases, coordinate media interviews, deliver presentations, and represent the district at community events. Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of brand management and the ability to maintain consistent messaging across print and digital materials. Candidates should have strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with district leaders, staff, media representatives, families, and community organizations. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects, campaigns, events, and deadlines. Candidates should be able to evaluate marketing results and prepare reports measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and outreach efforts. Candidates should be able to communicate and create content effectively in English and Spanish.
