The School Admissions Representative at Lone Star Truck Driving Academy Greensboro engages prospective students and their families, guides them through the admissions process, and supports the school’s enrollment goals. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage inquiries, applications, and outreach events.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads to expand the prospective student pool
• Conduct outreach to prospects via phone, email, and events
• Process applications and maintain accurate admissions records
• Host and coordinate information sessions and admissions events
• Provide outstanding customer service to applicants and families
• Manage data entry and reporting related to admissions activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies
• Perform timely follow-up communication to nurture prospects

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Communications or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in admissions or sales
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Data entry and event planning experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organization
