As an Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll work alongside the Studio Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, motivate and lead the team, and provide exceptional experiences for our members. Assistant Studio Manager Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the studio to ensure everything runs smoothly. Support the Studio Manager with the implementation of marketing campaigns, outreach events, and social media initiatives. Help lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed membership goals and KPIs. Help manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and events. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests. Step in as a leader when the Studio Manager is absent, managing operations and supporting the team. Lead by example with a positive and professional attitude, setting a high standard for staff behavior and performance. Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and inventory. Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards. Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting and member communications. Are You Qualified? High school diploma or equivalent Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience working in a sales, retail, or fitness environment (preferred) Experience in a customer facing role (preferred) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) Experience with social media and creative programs like Canva, etc. (preferred) Position Type: This position is a full-time opportunity Why Join Orangetheory Fitness?
