Client Service Coordinator

To support the Client Services team, the full-time Senior Client Services Coordinator will lead the resolution of complex client issues, mentor team members, and drive operational improvements in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Lead resolution of complex client service issues, serving as the first escalation point, particularly for UM Appeals Act as a subject matter expert in UM Appeals and key operational workflows, understanding payer-specific requirements and documentation standards Monitor and analyze operational performance, delivering actionable insights to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Client Services experience required, with 1-2 years in healthcare appeals workflows Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including prior authorization and appeals resolution Prior experience accessing hospital EMRs and payer portals strongly preferred Proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
