Human Resource Coordinator

Our client, located in the Whites Creek (20 miles north west of downtown Nashville), is seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to join their team. This role is expected to last roughly 12 weeks, with a HYBRID schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote), Monday – Friday, 9-6. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and maintaining talent pipelines Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies, benefits, and day-to-day inquiries Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality Oversee HR operations, including employee records, HRIS updates, and processing employee lifecycle changes Ensure compliance with all employment laws, policies, and required training Assist with benefits administration and employee support Coordinate training programs, track completion, and support performance management processes Contribute to a positive, values-driven culture and support cross-functional organizational initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree 3+ years experience in HR HRIS experience, ADP WFH preferred Experienced supporting organizations with 100+ employees Title: HR Coordinator Length of Position: temporary, roughly 12 weeks Location: Whites Creek, TN Schedule: Hybrid, three days in office, 2 remote Pay: up to $26/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
