We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant at Davidson County Juvenile Detention Center in Nashville, TN, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. What You’ll Do As the HR Assistant, you will primarily provide administrative support to ensure the department completes all areas of the Human Resource mission statement. To Be Considered Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of office experience. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. The Perks Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance after 90 days of employment. Choice of supplemental benefits, including Short Term Disability and Life Insurance. Eligible for 100% 401K match up to 6% of your salary after 1 year of employment.
