Human Resource Consultant

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is a trusted partner in long-term care and providing expert guidance to help facilities thrive. We are currently seeking a Human Resource Consultant to serve as a strategic partner to our facilities. This role will provide hands‑on HR support, including guidance on labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, policy implementation, retention strategies, compliance and terminations. What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of experience in human resources within the long-term care industry Understanding of employment laws and regulations Strong leadership, communication, and consulting skills Proven ability to multi‑task and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment Ability to travel to different locations and occasional overnights Why Join Us?
