Grill Cook

Responsibilities A grill cook will be responsible for cooking and preparing meats, keeping supplies of steak and chicken fresh and ready for customers, maintaining a clean and organized grill area, properly storing and labeling food items, monitoring inventory and notifying management when supplies are low, ensuring all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and served promptly, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed. Any other duties required to assist the restaurant’s operation may also be performed. Qualifications At least 16 years old. Authorized to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver’s license. Restaurant experience preferred. Working Conditions Position requires the ability to see, hear, and speak verbally and audibly; to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel; work outside in various weather conditions; work on a computer for extended periods, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard, and reaching with arms; and drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. The role requires functioning effectively in a fast-paced working environment, responding to work demands promptly, and remaining free from sedatives. Pharmacological disclosures that may impair essential functions are required.
