Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, assessing their orthopedic conditions and determining appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's needs and goals, ensuring effective interventions.
• Regularly reassess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in clinical signs or symptoms and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient interactions, assessments, and progress in the company's electronic health records, including maintaining timely SOAP notes and care summaries.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, addressing any challenges they may encounter, and providing advice on home exercises and lifestyle modifications.
• Achieve and exceed minimum utilization goals and other performance metrics as set by the clinic.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the clinic, facilitating integrated care for patients who may receive multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors. Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
