Job Description Job Description Construction Administrator (Procore Required) – Growth Opportunity San Diego, CA $22–$25/hr | Full-Time About the Opportunity We are partnering with a growing construction and development company in San Diego that is actively seeking a Construction Administrator to support their project team. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction admin experience who is looking to grow within a fast-paced, hands-on environment. What You’ll Be Doing Support project managers with daily operations Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders Maintain and organize project documentation in Procore Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Assist with billing, invoicing, and project tracking What You Need Construction administration or project coordination experience Experience using Procore ( required ) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What’s Offered $22–$25/hour starting pay Full-time, stable schedule Opportunity to grow with an expanding construction team Exposure to active residential and development projects Who This Is For This role is ideal for someone who: Has 1–3 years of construction admin experience Has worked with Procore Wants to grow into a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role Thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented environment Apply Today We are actively interviewing and looking to move quickly.
