Position R2R (Record to Report) Manager R2R (Record to Report) Accounting & Reporting Location One Health Plaza East Hanover, NJ USA 07936 (Onsite) Job Description The Manager R2R Accounting & Reporting will be responsible for providing operational support mainly for but not limited to the Biomedical Research (BR) organization. This role will work closely with the team in East Hanover and Mexico City to ensure accurate month end reporting, controls compliance, and support of the various business objectives. Contribute to Month-end financial closing and reporting process for the Biomedical Research (BR) organization or other companies supported by the BR Team in a timely manner, including journal entries, reconciliations, controls, financial reporting schedules, and data analysis. Prepares ad-hoc and routine 'accounting / management' information and quality financial analysis in order to support global and organization’s requirements. Ensure all Accounting processes comply with standards and policies (i.e. global processes, Accounting Manual, Financial Controls Manual, Management Authorization Levels, etc.). Aid in adhoc requests in relation to ERP systems implementation. Aid in adhoc projects in support of team goals. Key Performance Indicators Internal customer satisfaction with quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial services provided. Skills Ability to Influence Key Stakeholders within Multi-National Matrix Organization. Critical Thinking. Effective Communications. Financial Accounting. Financial And Management Reporting. Process Optimization / Project Experience. Enterprise systems knowledge (SAP preferred). Language English Education Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
