About the DepartmentYou will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx), which is responsible for all major expansion activities within aseptic production, solid dosage forms, finished products, fill & finish warehousing, and QC across all production areas in Product Supply. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees.FFEx is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan, and build all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. Responsible for optimizing the NNPILP Supply Chain through support of data analysis, problem solving & execution of changes including technical improvement projects focused in Planning, Warehousing, Procurement & Shipping.RelationshipsReports to Manager, Supply Chain/Sr Manager, Warehouse/Sr PM-Site Capacity.Essential FunctionsSupport data analysis, problem solving & execution of changes in Planning, Warehousing, Procurement & ShippingSupport transformation program strategies & projects in collaboration with Supply Chain managementReview, adjust & update the programs according to the progress made on the established governance of the program to ensure: Sharing, monitoring & control of the programPropose risk mitigation actionsMonitoring of the necessary resources needed for executionSupport continuous improvement projects, drive SPS to closure & identify any anomalies that have arisen & identify corrective actionsCarry out necessary investigations to optimize/ make operations more reliableProvide engineering design support for Supply Chain facility/equipment changes & additionsOverseas operational training needs & performs training to ensure standards are metResponsible for investigation & solution of quality problems in department such as unscheduled events, deviations, etc.Other accountabilities, as assignedPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
