About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Relations to lead the strategic growth of corporate partnerships and revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving long-term enterprise value through the development and execution of a comprehensive corporate relations revenue strategy. This role demands a senior executive with a proven track record in accelerating revenue performance, expanding and retaining high-value corporate relationships, and leading a market-facing strategy that aligns with organizational priorities. The VP will be accountable for meeting multi-million-dollar revenue targets, cultivating and expanding partnerships with C-suite leaders, and fostering a revenue-focused team culture. Essential functions include market analysis, opportunity management, and collaboration with internal leaders to enhance corporate value propositions. Applicants for the Vice President, Corporate Relations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' executive leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in the non-profit or healthcare industry. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a history of successful fundraising, managing high-level donor relationships, and a strong understanding of sales methodology and culture. Key qualifications include demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. The VP will also be expected to have a proven track record in team management, talent development, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Extensive travel is a requirement for this position.
