CNC Mill Set-Up Operator
Location: Becker, MN
Pay: $27–$36 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift Available
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Set-Up Operator to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC mill operations, including machine setup, tool changes, and inspection procedures. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, organized, and technology-forward environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering specifications
- Perform tool changes and make machine offsets as needed
- Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Maintain and monitor machines to ensure optimal performance and quality
- Follow safety protocols and uphold high quality standards
- Previous experience in CNC mill operations is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documentation
- Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection processes
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
