We are the North American division of Metrohm AG (Herisau, Switzerland), a world leader in precision instruments and solutions for chemical analysis. We are currently seeking a Titration Sales Representative to lead and grow our customer base in a territory including Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia, ideally based in the Richmond, VA area . This region includes a range of high-potential states and industries ready for your expertise.

What You’ll Do
As a Titration Sales Representative , you will:
- Develop and manage your own sales territory focused on titration solutions.
- Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—to exceed growth targets.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships in sectors such as pharma, chemicals, polymers, petrochemicals, personal care and food/beverage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and executive audiences.
- Identify ways to streamline the sales process and maximize revenue.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent growth.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical and capital equipment sales, preferably to analytical laboratories.
- Hands-on knowledge or sales experience with titration equipment .
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman) is a plus.
- Industry knowledge in pharma, chemicals, polymers, cosmetics, or related fields.
Earnings Potential
The posted salary range reflects base salary only. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for commission opportunities, providing additional earning potential. Your base salary will be determined based on your experience, capabilities, and the value you bring to the team.
Territory & Location
This position is responsible for supporting customers throughout a territory including Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia, ideally based in the Richmond, VA area. Regular travel throughout the assigned region is required.
Additional Requirements
Must pass a background check, education/employment verification, drug screening (including marijuana), and have an insurable driving record.
