The Role in a Nutshell We are looking for a versatile Multimedia Designer to handle a mix of graphic design and video. This role requires a practical, self‑directed creative who can manage their workload and execute efficiently. You will split your time between print/digital design and video editing based on shifting client needs. The ideal candidate can balance multiple requests, pivot quickly when curveballs happen throughout the day, and work efficiently within set time windows. Core Responsibilities Integrated Graphic Design Digital: Conceptualize and execute digital assets, including social media creative, web graphics, display ads, and email (CRM experience preferred). Print Media: Design print collateral, layout decks, and large‑format materials with meticulous attention to typography and pre‑press setups. Brand Alignment: Work confidently within established client brand guidelines to produce cohesive assets with minimal creative oversight. Video Editing & Post‑Production Video Assembly: Take raw client footage, b‑roll, or stock assets and cut them into polished promotional videos, short‑form social reels, and corporate assets. Audio & Transitions: Handle sound design, voice‑over syncing, audio leveling, and clean, modern motion graphics and transitions. Color & Finish: Apply professional color grading and text overlays to ensure a polished final product. AI Integration & Workflow Efficiency Modern Workflows: Properly utilize modern AI tools (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) to streamline brainstorming, asset generation, and execution workflows. AI Video Generation: Leverage emerging AI video platforms (Veo, Higgsfield) to generate, expand, or enhance video content to optimize production capabilities. What We Are Looking For Agency Experience: Prior advertising or creative agency experience is strongly preferred. Adaptability & Focus: You understand how to work within an assigned window of time and can pivot when priorities shift. Time Management: You are organized and disciplined, actively using time‑tracking and management software to keep projects on schedule and on budget. No Ego: You welcome constructive feedback and can adjust creative directions quickly to meet client goals. Technical Toolkit Requirements Design Tools: Adept in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Video Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere is preferred; other professional video editing platforms are acceptable. AI Tools: Hands‑on experience integrating LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and AI video generators (Veo, Higgsfield) into your daily workflow.
