Senior Account Executive - New Business

This is a full-cycle hunter role. You'll generate your own pipeline , run your own deals from first touch through close, and partner with our technical team for solutioning and demos. Once the deal is signed, your Account Manager partner takes over delivery and expansion — so you stay focused on what closers do best. Our target markets are South Florida and Northern California. You'll will own the South Florida territory. You will have territory and tooling. You bring the hunt.WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Self-sourced pipeline — outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, partner channels, and referrals to keep your funnel full. Discovery and qualification — identifying real fit, real budget, and real timelines (not tire-kickers). Solution presentations and demos — with technical support from our engineering team for scoping and security architecture. Proposal, pricing, and negotiation — owning the deal through contract signature. Clean handoff to Account Managers — so customers have a frictionless onboarding and your reputation stays intact. Forecasting and CRM hygiene — accurate pipeline reporting in HubSpot. Brand representation — at industry events, channel meetups, and partner functions across our target markets.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years selling Managed IT, MSP, or cybersecurity services Demonstrated track record of self-sourced pipeline (not just inbound-fed) History of closing deals in the $50K-$200K ACV Working knowledge of the modern security stack (EDR/MDR, SIEM, identity, email security, backup/DR) and core IT services (cloud, M365 / Google Workspace, networking, helpdesk) Comfortable in technical conversations with IT leaders, CFOs, and owner-operators Based in South Florida and able to be in-office on a hybrid cadence Nice to have Existing book of relationships in South Florida Experience selling to professional services, non‑profits, healthcare, legal firms, CPAs/Accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr KairosIT LLCVacancy posted 2 days ago
