- Manage daily accounting and financial operations across the property
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records, reporting, and accounting documentation
- Coordinate payroll related processes and financial administration
- Assist with budgeting, operational reporting, forecasting, and expense management
- Manage vendor accounts, invoices, and financial communication with service providers
- Oversee month end close support and accounting organization processes
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all financial information and reporting
- Help establish scalable accounting systems, controls, and operational workflows
- Collaborate with leadership to support efficient business operations and financial performance
- Previous accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or operational accounting experience required
- Hospitality, resort, restaurant, or multi department operational experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Equivalent operational accounting experience may be considered in place of formal education
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with accounting software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast paced environments
- Professional communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and operational teams

- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality and operational environment
Schedule Expectations This is a full-time position. Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, or operational support shifts as needed may be required based on business needs.
