Public Finance Attorney
A respected law firm is seeking a Public Finance Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing practice.
In this role, you'll represent municipalities, school districts, housing authorities, governmental agencies, underwriters, lenders, and borrowers in a variety of public finance transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate disclosure documents, agreements, resolutions, and closing documents
- Assist with all phases of public finance transactions
- Advise clients on financing matters involving governmental and public entities
- Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure successful transaction execution
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of public finance experience
- Experience drafting and negotiating financing and transaction documents
- Prior experience representing governmental entities is a plus
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Active New Jersey Bar admission in good standing
