Contract Specialist

Managing and streamlining the execution of MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements, the remote Contract Specialist will collaborate with business leads and partners while coordinating with legal, privacy, security, finance, and procurement teams to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational requirements. Key responsibilities Draft and execute various agreements, including MOUs and vendor contracts Coordinate with multiple departments to address issues and ensure all required information is included in contracts Maintain an organized repository of all agreements and related documentation Required qualifications 7 years of extensive experience drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, and vendor contracts 5 years of familiarity with legal, privacy, security, finance, and procurement processes, preferably in the health IT sector 5 years of experience maintaining organized document repositories in SharePoint 5 years of familiarity with health IT programs and services related to interoperability and health information exchange 3 years of familiarity with the administration of Medicaid Advance Planning Documents and federal funding processes
