IT Project Manager / Salesforce AdministratorSupport the Rhode Island Start Early System (RISES), the State's early childhood data system. Partner with the RISES Administrator and system vendor to maintain and enhance system operations. Manage technology initiatives, Salesforce administration activities, reporting, and data visualization efforts. Lead small-scale system enhancements and ensure successful testing and deployment of system changes.Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects and system enhancement initiatives. Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform. Support ongoing system maintenance and operational activities. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities. Create and maintain Salesforce and Tableau reports and dashboards.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience managing IT projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience. Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards. Experience using Tableau for reporting and data visualization. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Salesforce Administrator certification. Experience working in government, healthcare, education, or human services environments. Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
