This position is fully remote, allowing you to maintain flexibility while providing therapeutic services. While our main facility is in Springfield, our outpatient care model allows for clients to receive therapy from the comfort of their own homes, making treatment accessible and convenient. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, determining appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique needs.

• Create individualized therapy plans that reflect each client's goals, addressing family dynamics, relationship challenges, communication concerns, and personal growth objectives.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic sessions, both individually and in groups, while employing various treatment modalities suitable for diverse client demographics.
