Responsibilities
Expertise required: In this responsible position, you are the first point of contact for our employees and management, offering expert advice on all billing-related, social insurance, and tax law issues.
Precision in detail: You are responsible for the precise preparation of the monthly payroll for a defined business unit and take care of all pre- and post-processing activities.
Communication and cooperation: You maintain correspondence with health insurance companies, offices, and authorities, ensuring smooth exchange of information.
Reporting and certification: You independently handle the reporting and certification process and ensure everything is in order.
Expert assessment: With your expertise, you guarantee the correct social insurance and tax treatment of salary components.
Innovative processes: Be part of the digital transformation and bring your ideas to the development of work processes.
Project work: You work independently on exciting HR projects and actively contribute to the success of the team.
Profile
Qualifications: You have a successfully completed commercial education, ideally with further training as a personnel specialist (IHK) or possess a comparable qualification.
Experience counts: Your several years of professional experience in operational payroll processing distinguish you.
Knowledge and know-how: You have in-depth knowledge of social insurance and tax law, especially in the field of construction payroll, and basic knowledge of labor law.
Technological affinity: Proficient use of the common MS Office programs is a matter of course for you.
Service-oriented: Your independent and conscientious work combined with high service orientation make you an ideal team member.
Character strength: Your open nature, your strong communication skills, and your enjoyment of working with colleagues and management characterize your daily work.
