Job Summary Develops effective relationships with business units, divisions, or groups of users. Ensures required IT services are identified, developed, and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division. Establishes and maintains service level agreements and is the main point of contact for all service issues. Education and Experience 4‑year / Bachelor’s Degree (Required) In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Two (2) or more years Management experience (Required) Eight (8) or more years Experience in a related field (Required) No Licensure or Certification Required.
