The People's Firm is seeking an experienced Probate & Estate Planning Paralegal to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong probate court experience to support a busy practice. What You'll Do Prepare and file probate court documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings, and closing statements Manage probate case files from opening through estate closure Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives Communicate with courts, clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions Track filing deadlines and ensure compliance with court procedures Coordinate notices to creditors, heirs, and interested parties What We're Looking For 5+ years of paralegal experience in probate and estate planning Strong working knowledge of probate court procedures, local rules, and filing requirements Experience with e-filing systems Proficiency in drafting trust and estate documents #J-18808-Ljbffr The Peoples Firm PLLC.
