Job Overview

As the Creative Director at Medyaf, you will lead the creative vision for our brand across all platforms. This role requires a visionary leader with strong design skills who can balance creative innovation with brand consistency. You will oversee the development of engaging visual content for digital and print marketing, social media, and internal communications, ensuring our brand reflects our values and mission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing creative teams and executing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Vision: Lead the creative direction for Medyaf's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, including digital, print, and video content.
• Creative Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and freelancers to execute innovative campaigns that align with business goals and brand standards.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring they effectively communicate Medyaf's value proposition to property owners and guests.
• Content Creation: Oversee the production of all creative content, including photography, videography, graphic design, social media assets, email campaigns, and website design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure all creative initiatives support broader company goals.
• Creative Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design practices to ensure that Medyaf remains at the forefront of creative excellence in the property management industry.
• Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, property owners, and external agencies to understand their creative needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, with a background in brand development, advertising, or digital marketing. Experience in property management, hospitality, or tech industries is a plus.
• Design Expertise: Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing software.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Creative Vision: Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
