Role Summary An Associate Mental Health Therapist provides outpatient therapy services under clinical supervision while working toward full licensure. Success in this role includes delivering high-quality care, building a consistent caseload, and meeting all supervision and documentation requirements in accordance with state licensure regulations. Associate Therapist Responsibilities:

under direct supervision of a Licensed Clinician: Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals W-2 Part Time:

Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 15 clients per week required Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines Participate in required individual and/or group clinical supervision Follow ethical standards, licensing board rules, and organizational policies Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.) Experience in outpatient or group practice settings About Silver Lake Psychology: Silver Lake Psychology is a therapist-owned private practice providing high-quality psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and high-functioning adults from diverse backgrounds.
