WhatYou’ll Do As an Associate Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and/or group therapy toclients navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety,depression, trauma, and life transitions. Inthis role, you will: Provide thoughtful, client-centered therapy usingevidence-based practices Partner with clients to develop personalizedtreatment plans that reflect their goals and values Support clients in building coping strategies,insight, and resilience Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoingevaluations Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentationand billing Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team,including psychiatric providers, to deliver integrated care when appropriate Advocate for clients and support them throughcomplex or crisis situations Engage in team meetings, consultation, andcontinuous professional development Requirements WhoYou Are Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, SocialWork, or related field Working towards active state licensure, and must reside in Oregon . The role requiresworking approximately 30 hours per week. Full-time clinicians should maintain aschedule of 22+ clinical hours weekly. Location:Oregon (In-Person and Telehealth) Thisis a hybrid role, working primarily from our Portland office to see clients who prefer in-person, with the option to work via telehealth on a mutually agreed-uponschedule with the manager. CompetitiveCompensation: Associates $64 per clinical hour for follow up therapy sessions Administrative rate of $20 per hour for requiredtrainings and meetings.
