Major Account Executive

Outside Sales Executive – The role focuses on selling Toshiba’s full line of office solutions, including multi‑functional color copiers and printers, as well as software solutions such as e‑BRIDGE® Global Print, Document Capture, Document Management, and Digital Signage, in the Philadelphia, PA, Mt. Laurel, NJ, King of Prussia, PA, and Pottstown, PA territories. What You’ll Be Doing Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory and achieving quota through cold calling and self‑generated leads. Present and sell Toshiba digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi‑functional products. Generate new business by prospecting and converting warm leads from lead‑generation campaigns. Work with clients to identify objectives and needs, aligning Toshiba products and services to create business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, coordinate terms of sale and client training, and represent Toshiba as an ambassador. Create and maintain a prospecting plan, manage territory, and report sales metrics as required. Stay informed about industry trends that influence the marketplace. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of five years of successful outside sales experience in a business‑to‑business environment. Proven cold‑calling and prospecting skills. Ability to travel as required. Valid driver’s license. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary. Uncapped monthly commissions. First‑year potential compensation up to $140,000, which includes a base salary targeting $58K–$65K plus commission, expense reimbursements, manufacturer incentives, and bonus potential.
