- 6 years of experience in data governance, product management, business analysis, data engineering, data science or a related field with at least 3 years of experience specifically focused on data products or data-driven initiatives.
- Experience advancing a bank's data product capabilities and developing a rollout plan.
- Experience with defining data risk and familiarity with financial services privacy and data risk standards.
- Proficiency in utilizing Informatica data management tools and defining data concepts.
- Strong business presence, ability to lead cross-functional partners in all phases of projects and serve as the "go to" point person for business data needs.
- Ability to speak technically and gather business needs in a professional manner
- Strong understanding of data technologies, integration, and architecture, including familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and data processing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data analytics, including data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.
- Knowledge of financial services process/workflow, including data management, card transactions, core banking deposits and customer processing, loan processing, payments, and fraud management.
- 100% Remote
