DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO Una empresa de transporte establecida en Bolingbrook está buscando un DISPATCHER con las siguientes habilidades: Responsable de la programación, despacho y resolución de problemas para conductores, contratistas y/o transportistas. Registro nocturno de los conductores de reparto que regresan del campo. Debe tener excepcionales habilidades de comunicación proactiva con la capacidad de comunicarse eficazmente con los clientes internos y externos para resolver rápidamente los problemas relacionados con la recogida y entrega puntual de los envíos. Contestación de llamadas telefónicas y realización de “llamadas previas” y “llamadas de finalización” a los clientes. Documentar toda la actividad, incluidos los conductores y los equipos sobre el terreno, junto con cualquier resolución para garantizar una excelente experiencia del cliente. Responsable de promover un lugar de trabajo profesional mientras se trabaja bajo presión en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
