Machine Operator 1

Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Machine Operator 1 to join their team. As a Machine Operator 1, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator 1

Location: Burgaw, NC

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Operate a variety of simple machines to produce ventilation and specialty products.
• Ensure work areas are set up safely and efficiently, maintaining workflow standards.
• Monitor the quality of materials and finished parts, recommending corrections as needed.
• Track production progress and equipment downtime using control sheets and reports.
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, lifting, and moving materials frequently.
