Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while still being an integral part of our outpatient treatment facility located in Houston, Texas. Although the position allows for remote working, occasional in-person collaboration may be required based on team and client needs. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the varying schedules of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to formulate personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and other relevant legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate effective client care.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to continuous quality improvement in client treatment strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their overall understanding and coping mechanisms.

• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to inform your practice and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rising Hope Psychosocial Support, Inc., you will work with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your clients may include individuals coping with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues. The therapeutic approach will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a client-centered focus that prioritizes their well-being and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Ability to apply solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques tailored to individual client needs while demonstrating commitment to best practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
