A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.Support, guide and assist TRS Calling Officers and Senior Transactors with the origination, execution and portfolio management of receivable securitization transactions.Responsibilities:Assist in the origination, structuring and portfolio management of receivable securitization transactions. Responsibilities include:Researching new business opportunities and preparation of marketing materialsFinancial modeling, credit analysis, due diligence and documentation reviewReviewing, analyzing and interpreting portfolio dataManaging a portfolio of receivable based structured transactionsCoordinating with other groups on holistic, multi-product working capital solutionsLiaise with internal stakeholders such as credit, relationship officers, legal counsel, auditors and other products groups. Participate in special assignments and projects as required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higherSeries 7, 79 and 63 (if not already licensed, MUFG will work with candidate on licenses)Interact with clients and client management teams.Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skillsGood credit skillsPrevious working experience securitization and in particular trade receivable securitizationThe typical base pay range for this role is between $110K - $115K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
