As we grow rapidly, our ability to operate safely, consistently, and at speed depends on how effectively operational practices are understood, improved, and enabled across facilities.About the role:CoreWeave is seeking an Operations Enablement Analyst, Data Center Operations to focus on analyzing how operations are performed, identifying opportunities to improve clarity, and enabling teams through the most effective mechanisms. This role will work directly with technicians, engineers, security, and compliance partners to observe and assess real-world execution across the data center lifecycle.In this role, enablement may take the form of documenting standard operating procedures, creating runbooks, building training and onboarding content, or other approaches. Analysis and assessment drive the work in this role. Alignment with organizational objectives is foundational, and outputs are selected based on what enables safe, consistent execution at scale.In this role you will:Compare work across sites and teams to identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies and make recommendations that improve operational efficiencyInfluence outcomes by applying structured thinking, sound judgment, and a close partnership with subject matter expertsEnsure operational practices are clearly defined, well understood, and ready to scaleLeverage modern tooling, including AI and LLM-based workflows, to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and enablement, with final outputs validated through real-world operational expertiseSupport physical security, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness through procedural documentationDevelop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and guidelines where documentation is the appropriate enablement mechanismSupport onboarding and training programs by contributing accurate operational content and education materialsIdentify and support other enablement approaches, including training sessions or knowledge-sharing programs, as appropriatePartner with subject matter experts to validate enablement materials and proposed improvementsEnsure operational practices and enablement materials support safety, physical security, regulatory, and audit requirementsWho You Are:Analytical and Attentive: Pays attention to detail and recognizes nuance while maintaining focus on the big pictureCollaborative Partner: Ability to work with SMEs to extract, clarify, and document complex technical processesSystems-Oriented: Experience with documentation frameworks, version control, and content management systemsDetail-Focused: Understanding of compliance, safety, and audit requirements in operational documentationExperienced Writer: 3-5+ years writing technical documentation, preferably in data center, infrastructure, or operations environmentsProcess Documentation Specialist: Strong track record creating SOPs, runbooks, or operational procedures for technical teamsExpected Deliverables and Outcomes:Standard Operating Procedures, runbooks, and guidelines for data center operationsDocumentation templates and style guidelinesDocumentation to support training and onboarding programsSynthesize findings into clear recommendationsRegulatory and compliance documentationParticipation in building materials for training and onboarding as it relates to operational practices and enablementWondering if you're a good fit?We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
