In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives while building meaningful relationships across the organization. We are seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruiting Business Partner to support hiring and drive candidate generation strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can plan and prioritize against targets, and uses metrics to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes.
• Lead candidate experience initiatives and closing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruiting operations.
• Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across other functional areas of talent acquisition.
• Experience in diversity recruiting, research, or analytics.
