Whether you are a nurse, caregiver, culinary professional, maintenance worker or looking for a new career, we offer a wide range of career opportunities to fit your skills and interest.$23/hour - $26/hour (based on experience) | Full Time | Evening 2pm - 10:30pm | Occasional Weekends and HolidaysThe Skilled Maintenance Worker is responsible for providing specific routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of community grounds and property to maintain a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors while providing cost effective maintenance programs.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent requiredTwo years of related experience preferredFormal or on-the-job training in plumbing, electrical, painting, maintenance, carpentry and general repair preferredValid Driver's License requiredExpectations and Responsibilities:Repairs and maintains physical structure and systems of community.Maintains community grounds; may include lawn mowing, trimming, snow removal.Completes all assigned maintenance work orders.Repairs and maintains electrical and utility systems.Performs preventative maintenance.Maintains safety systems; such as: fire alarms, nurse call systems, security).Able to work independently or as part of a team.Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions.Capacity to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve.
