Senior Manager, Above Brand and Omnichannel Strategy

AbbVie seeks a Senior Manager to lead omnichannel analytics and portfolio strategy for U.S. Specialty, designing and implementing marketing analytics solutions that integrate sales and market data to inform strategic decisions across brand and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage omnichannel analytics and portfolio initiatives for APEX
Lead Media Mix Modeling efforts to optimize promotional investment strategies and ROI
Develop and leverage advanced analytical models addressing critical business and technical requirements
Communicate insights and recommendations to marketing teams and senior stakeholders
Partner with Brand Analytics, Sales Operations, and Customer Experience teams on cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
6+ years of quantitative analysis experience in sales and marketing
Previous pharmaceutical industry experience
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience leading Marketing Mix Modeling and multi-touch attribution projects
Ability to translate KPIs into actionable insights for marketing channels
Proficiency translating complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders
