Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, tailoring approaches based on client needs and therapeutic goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to gather relevant information that informs treatment planning.

• Create detailed and effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into account their unique circumstances and preferences.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date client records, including clinical notes and progress tracking, in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic mental health care.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address acute emotional and behavioral concerns.

• Engage with clients' families and support systems to foster a network of care and facilitate successful treatment transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and dual diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency with electronic medical records, word processing, and spreadsheet applications, ensuring a seamless documentation process.

Preferred Experience\n

• While a minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient setting is required, experience working with dual-diagnosed clients or specialized populations is highly valued.

• A profound understanding of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches, is preferred.
