Day-to-Day:

• Serve as a point of contact for tenants and building occupants
• Coordinate tenant requests and service issues
• Support property management and tenant services teams with daily operations
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of requests
• Assist with tenant events, building communications, and administrative projects
• Track and follow up on outstanding service requests and deliverables
